The Living Africa Property Group is committed to creating new developments and the redeveloping of existing urban built environments to deal with the demands of today and the future.

Living Africa’s extensive landholdings across Gauteng are being developed to give life to our philosophy – designing and developing environments to fit the needs of people, business and the environment in one.

While the business began as a residential redevelopment operation and included the redevelopment of blocks of flats in suburban Johannesburg and eventually the Johannesburg CBD, we have since branched out into land development for industrial, residential and commercial purposes.

Today, the group has land holdings in excess of 900 hectares in Gauteng and continues to invest in and develop across the property spectrum.

MEET THE TEAM

  • JAMES THOMAS

    Director of Living Africa since 2004, James has worked on the acquisition, development and metrofitting of residential and retail property for over ten years. This followed a stint working in London and at Deloitte & Touche in New York and Joburg prior to that. James is a qualified chartered accountant.

  • GRAHAM RANSOMDirector

    Graham, also a chartered accountant, has worked extensively on property portfolios since his early days at KPMG. In 2011, this top ranked world barefoot water-skier, joined Living Africa as Director.
